Hi, Our Website "https://www.productosintegra.com"
Version: Opencart 3.0.2
Analyzed with https://www.webpagetest.org/ from Buenos Aires Servers.
Hosting is (a2hosting) turbo cache and Memcache working (recommended for OC)
The problem is with the first byte time, it gives us an "F" and is about 2/3 seconds.

We would really appreciate if someone can help us with that!

Thank you very much!

Pageload = 201 requests - 1.8 MB - 10.78 s
Well, that's more a Download - Page, instead of an efficient Welcome Page,
but instead of getting Visitors interested, such a Pageload just turns 'em away.
It's called an Overkill, and it's a wide spread disease of many Newbie Sitebuilders,
still unaware of modern online customer behaviour and basic technical knowledge.

And despite of having NITRO, and other Goodies, wich would make your Software
quite speedy, at least according to GTMETRIX.COM and PINGDOM.COM , Your Startpage
is overloaded with bunches of other scriptings and stuff, keeping the page from beeing
able to function as planned. Without the Header-Section, wich is a ONE Liner Code, and
so very professional, the Rest of the Page still contains 3004 other Code Lines ...
But better don't take it personal, it would not speed up anything...
Good Luck ;)

Thank you for your anserw.

We can not assume that other companies in our same category with Opencart 3 have many more images and fewer engineers in development and work much faster.

There is no way to improve the TTFB? We can not have such a low rating.

Well, what can I say, CLEAN UP your Front Page, remove, what does not need to belong there.
Find on the image, what should be modified/changed/adapted, to meet the Specifications.
And fix all those 'empty white space' filled image names.

TWO of the Site Testers could not even display anything, exept for a few lines of plain code,
as you can see on the image. And if Google can't read it, they always give you a prime rating...

It's most all described. And some extensions might also exist, to, by example, add the missing
image size tags to OC, something, missing since OC version 0.01!

But if you do not understand, what all this means, you'll have to get a Professional, to
do it for you.
Good Luck ;)

TTFB has nothing to do with the content on a page, it is the time that the server responds to the first request.

Speak with your host regarding this.

It obviously also depends on the distance of the user to the server. Maybe use a CDN if you are selling worldwide such as CloudFlare

As above, that's not what TTFB means.

Anyway, it's pretty fast for me but you could look at NitroPack Cache to improve it further?

Well, this may be so, strictly technically at least, but it also means, that it depends on,
what a server has to 'handle', in order to even 'respond'. And by looking at that Site, a
server has to 'handle' a lot, to then send something back. And it get's stuck, because
of something, because, when it works, the GTMetrix Performance Results are just swell.

But I am not a Pro, just a Tester. But since not even Google is able, to decode the Site
Output, its no wonder either, and probably one of the main reasons, that it takes so long,
to even return a first 'usable' Byte. But many Browsers just ignore certain Errors and Missings,
that's why we can't see, what's wrong.

I've seen this Google empty page result code screen once before, after I tried to
combine+compress some scripts. And I assume, that one or more of the additional
~30 scripts on that Site, in addition to the NITRO-compressed code, just eventually
lead to some bad behaviour.

Wich can only be solved, by removing all that shiny crab, and set up that place again,
piece by piece, and test by test. At least, what really belongs on a Shop Front Window.
But one should rather concentrate on Content, instead of trying to show off on the Front
Page only, by adding everything available, and fully unaware of, what consquences such
Coding eventually might have.

In addition, Test Site don't always serve Facts. Depending on the input, like by use of such as
on this Site, Google may tax it with an up to a 100% Rating, as in my Case, where everything else
combined was on 98-99 already. Despite of, that it showed nothing, exept for the few Code Lines
on the image, probably an error message. And not even my own Browser displayed it in a usable way,
in that case.
I was pissed off like hell, after finding it out, after the great feeling, to finally have reached heaven... :-\

There is something very strange: When the page is loaded for first time there are redirects from http to https than to https with www. On reload is ok with very good ttfb.
Check the htaccess redirects or some extension that is redirecting. nitro? try to disable it to check this without caching.
