Hi, I need :
1. to create and set up new page in OC , where I can simply put exchange banners and links
2. to set up RSS

You can do this yourself, simply go to Admin/Catalog/Information and create a new page for your Links and Banners.
Google Base works as a RSS Feed, simple activate it by going to Extensions/Product Feeds and then create a link to the feed in your theme.

I could do it all for you for a minimal fee if you are unsure on how to do it yourself.
