Remove Brands & Gift Certificates

Hello,
How can i remove Remove Brands & Gift Certificates links from the homepage footer ?
I have tried by removing from /public_html/catalog/view/theme/*mythema*/template/common/footer.twig those lines :
Code: Select all
<li><a href="{{ manufacturer }}">{{ text_manufacturer }}</a></li>
<li><a href="{{ voucher }}">{{ text_voucher }}</a></li>
but nothing
please help

when you have removed this lines you need clear all cash... in admin right upper corner blue gear icon and browser cash.

did u meen cache's ? i have been removed all cache folder from system, clear browser caches ...

Clear your OC cache from your admin - > dashboard - > blue gear icon - > clear both caches and from your admin - > extensions - > modifications - > refresh button.

After modification to your footer template file.
From admin:
1. Go to Extensions -> Modifications, click on refresh
2. Go to Dashboard, click on top right setting icon and click refresh button.
And if you don't want to modify your footer template file, user below extension to remove Remove Brands & Gift Certificates

Can anyone please help me?
I have the same issue. I have changed the .twig file as suggested above.
I have cleared the cache in modifications as well as via the dashboard via the back-end, but the 'Gift Certificates' is still showing in the footer.
I removed the entire line from the .twig file in the default template. If I go back into the footer.twig file via the Opencart 3 system, I can see that the line has been removed.
Anyone know what else I can do?

Lol...you use Journal2 theme.
Disable from theme settings...Footer--Menu
