Unofficial but, I heard that Opencart.com decided not to translate any more
on Crowdin. OpenCart support staff said.
So I have created a new project on Crowdin with the name "OpenCart Community".
This project inherits all of the OpenCart project.
The URL is https://crowdin.com/project/opencart-community

To the translator:
  • Please continue your translation with a new project.
  • Please let me know if you need to build the project.
  • The part whose folder name is "en-GB" is replaced with each language (ex: sv-SE) at the time of export.

I am glad that someone can make a logo image.

Well, there is more than one OC related Language Project already,
but most all of them have a hard time, to get actve participants. So,
I am not so sure, if it really makes sense, to start another new one.

Certainly, there are a lot of projects now. And the official project was accumulated the largest number of translation.
I thought that if this accumulation was lost, it would be a big loss for us, and it is meaningful to maintain this in an available state.
I am going to follow the new version of OC(v3).

Well, the basic problem seems to be, that OC is not a 'common wealth goal'
Project, but a Business Software, and if one translates Code on such Sites,
one only enables existing and/or future Competitors in the same Language
Region, to 'gain' from such work. But this is contrary to any successful business
model, one needs to be aware of this.

But if OC would care much about, one of them would at least reply to Postings
in the User Sections of that Site, once in a while, wich is very seldom the case.
In addition, the official OC Page only contains the latest Version, and no links
to older Versions, so, it makes little sense to those, using an older Version, they
still require an Admin Language Editor, to 'complete' their Translations.

Just to give you some ideas, why most of those Translations, if exist, then only
in fractions, whereby most all important Language Translations can be downloaded,
just not for free, at the OC Extension Pages.

Good Luck , I don't want to scare you off .... ;)
