Hello forum world,

I just installed Open Cart onto a temp domain and was getting ready to set up some demo content, when I noticed under admin >> Extensions >> Modules it simply says:

" Page Not Found!

The page you are looking for could not be found! Please contact your administrator if the problem persists."

This also happens under:
admin >> Extensions >> Shipping
admin >> Extensions >> Payments
admin >> Extensions >> Order Totals
admin >> Extensions >> Feeds

I've gone into admin >> system>> users >> users groups >> and unchecked, re-checked all options in both boxes. Then saved it. That did not work.

Next I used FTP to make sure the files were there. I can see the files under /public_html/catalog/controller/extension as we all as /public_html/catalog/model/extension. The folders are there and I can see the files inside the folders, but they are not showing up in the admin.

Any idea why this is happening?

No OC version posted. See your admin - > systems - > error logs for any recent errors based on the routes you have mentioned above. Also check your web server's access logs noticing new errors on those events. More information is needed.
