Looking for a PHP Developer with a Yearly Contract and Monthly Payments

Hi,
We have an advanced opencart shop. Have been using it for 4 years now. Our current developer is planning to leave us. So we need a new developer to maintain and develop our opencart shop.
Work load is light. Our shop has advanced features.
