I just installed opencart 3 with the journal 2 theme and it loads slow at 7 seconds with the gtmetrix test. I have journal cache enabled and browser cache and gzip enabled and defined. What more can I do to get this down? Other sites on the same dedicated server don't load slowly like this.

Contact the Journal support team since the slowness occurred since installing Journal2. If this issue occurs on the same dedicated server, check your server usage and resources from your host console or SSH noticing what might require additional resources.

It is more than likely that you need some additional resource on the server. The best thing you can do is to verify the resources of this from your host or SSH console
