Extension that can sync to few ecommerce Lazada, Lelong, 11Street, Shopee etc

Hi, is it possible to have Extension that can sync to few ecommerce Lazada, Lelong, 11Street, Shopee, Carousell & Instagram in one extension? Easier for me to upload in website and sync with other ecommerce at the same time.
My opencart is Version 2.3.0.2

Well, I never heard of those companies, but basically, everything is
possible, if you are willing to pay a good Dev, to create such for you.
OC comes for free, and a range of Mods as well, but most Custom
Requests are Business as usual.
