Realy is a shame as its the only extention that
seems to fit my needs 100%
If the extension seem to fit 100% of your needs, why would you need further support on it? !

In order to require support from unresponsive extension developer, as explained on the top reply, contact site support when that happens; not an issue the forum may usually provide support for.
