Data Stores, Layout Override, ALL stores as default?

ve set up opencart to act as a multistore, i intend on adding quite a number of stores over a period of time and for this reason i have an issue with assigning information pages to stores as well as layout overrides.
most information pages as well as layout overrides will include all stores. Rather than having to manually add each new multistore to every information page and layout override each time a new store is added, is there a simple way to include all stores as default? as the need to remove some multistores from the list would be less frequent.

I do require the use of layout overrides because i will need to limit some pages/modules to specific store, so unfortunately i can not use default layout override as an option.

Any help apreciated.
