Product options - Quantity and delivery time sensitive

Hi,

Could you please help me with shop tweaking? How can I set up delivery time for special product option depending on product availability?

For example I have a product which has 2 options:
option 1
colour: red
quantity: 5
Availability: in stock
delivery: 3 days

option 2
colour: blue
quantity: 0
Availability: pre-order
delivery: up to 3 weeks

I have installed the files from the download and now when I log into the admin area I get the following error message:
Error: Unknown column 'o.deliverydate' in 'field list'
Error No: 1054

Why is this and how can I resolve it?
