Order progress bars not updating and other payment options not showing up

1 order was completed but the bars on the admin dashboard did not update.
free checkout and cash on delivery arent showing up on the payment methods

Hey Doc, it hurts real bad, but I don't know where and why.
But better don't expect any valuable reply on such, this is no
esoteric Forum, but strictly a Tech Place, and without Facts and
Figures, noone will waste costly time, just to find out something.
So better read the HOW TO ... Pages first, if you plan, to succeed.
