I am having problems with my shopping cart not updating when you add or delete a new product. The store is www.refinishsystems.com.
I am near to pulling my hair out with this.
If anyone can help, I would be very very grateful.

Contact the Journal theme support. The original delivery of Opencart does not have this issue unless using an improper configuration of SSL with .htaccess which still needs to be tested aside to ensure that Journal would simply be a coincidence.

first, disable your journal theme and set it back to the default theme. Then test again. Does it still happen? If it works fine, then it's something wrong with the theme and you should contact Journal.
If it doesn't work after you're on the default theme, then check the SSL/.htaccess threads
