everything seems to be pulling info fine, but during check out (step 4) the following error displays in the shipping option box:
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/fabrichq/public_html/catalog/model/shipping/fedex.php on line 172
and only when "display time/weight" are selected

Since you are using an old version of OC, lots of changes made had been done to the APIs since as well as core changes. I would suggest to upgrade to, at least, the latest version of v2.3.0.2 release.
