Determining mobile sites.

How does Opencart determine type of device (mobile/PC/Mac) visiting site?

Seems the new Firefox Quantum web browser is confusing Opencart and only showing icons in the header when visiting from a PC.

OpenCart's default template uses a responsive design.

The layout changes depending on the screen resolution (width).
