So I am looking to upgrade to PHP 7 from 5.6 and I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 and wondered if anyone has had any issues?

Will I need to contact each developer of extensions I have purchased to ensure they work with PHP 7?
Could there be an issue for the database at all?

Several bug reports were posted in the past about this version as several bug fixes and solutions were also posted to rectify many of those reported issues.
Will I need to contact each developer of extensions I have purchased to ensure they work with PHP 7?
Since Opencart v3.x releases is already compatible with PHP 7, then the answer would already be a yes.
Could there be an issue for the database at all?
Without reporting the source of the issue you are encountering either by providing your URL, your error / access logs and / or screenshots to the actual issues you need to report about, this question cannot be answered accurately and similarly to this topic: viewtopic.php?f=88&t=200800 . At least, it was posted in the Commercial Support section of the forum. ;)
