Change a customers group

When I try to edit a customers information in admin>customers > customers...in this case Im trying to change the customer group, it requires the customers password? How can I edit the customer details?

Hi there,
Just don't touch the password fields. This is only there to provide a way to change a password.
Just change the Customer Group and save it. That's how it worked in 2.x

Ah I see...got it thanks!!
It autocompletes the password and wont let me change anything unless I confirm the password or clear it.

Just delete out the password thats there and it will allow you to save
or right click view source :/
