Hi,

I have set a coupon for specific product and there is this problem that i encountered. when a customer of mine purchased this product with the coupon along with others product without the coupon. when the customer key in the coupon at checkout, all others items also calculated out when the coupon is entered, thus im losing a bit of money there. may i know what seems to be the problem?

No OC version provided, no installed extension module mentioned.

pardon the mistake, using oc 3.0.2.0, no extension for coupon, standard opencart coupon

I had just test the default testing data in Opencart system version 3020,
If you had setup the coupon for specific product, even if they customer order another product,
the coupon will not apply to the product that are not exist in the list of coupon setting.
Or maybe you can provide the test site with screenshot coupons setting for us to understand?
