Some language packs not working

Hi,

We have a site with 5 translations. English, Spanish, German, Italian and French.
They all work apart from Spanish and French.
I have spoken to the translators who we bought the Spanish one from, who seem to think it is a theme issue. Yet, the other 3 all work fine. The site is www.dtektsecure.com
Could anybody offer any advise as to what may be wrong?

No OC version posted. However, if the extension language specialist believes the issue you are reporting is about theme issues, switch back to the default theme and see if this issue can be replicated with the affected languages. If so, then it is not a theme issue. If not, then it's a theme issue.

Hi,

Many thanks for the reply. We're using 2.3.0.2.
I will try to change the theme, but im not sure how the other ones work fine, yet two translations dont translate any of the built in parts. i.e. BUTTON_CART on the Product page, yet the Italian, German and English ones all translate it fine.

If other languages translates well together within one theme but only particular languages does not display its language, then you already have your answer that the issue is related with the language translation rather than the theme you are using.
