no order and no history:-(

Hi All,

i am currently in the process of adding Worldpay on my site (Version 1.4.

however when i run a test order, no order is recieved at my end neither does it appear in the "order history"

Any ideas what this could be??

What says admin backends error log?

Is that in admin? Error logs??

If so please see extract..

Can you see the test order in the admin side Sales->Orders->select Missing orders to Status and Filter?

Wow yes..I can see the two ''missing' orders...

So you are using version 1.4.8? I would suggest upgrading to 1.4.9.

hi, i have upgraded to the latest 1.4.9.1 but just done a test order and paid via worldpay credit card (test mode)

the order does not show up as pending or anything..i can only see under 'Missing orders' when i manually change the status to 'pending' then only does it appear in the orders list>???
