When I choose Extension type: Payments (48)
I get

internal server error

See your access logs in your root FTP logs/access_log file for the most recent action regarding an internal server error message. These events can also be seen from your host console's logs icon.

An extension is malformed in order to pull a specific request with the Opencart event. Uninstall each extensions from the admin - > extensions - > extensions page until this error message disappears.
