Hello guys,
I am new to the forum so my sincere apologies if my post is in wrong section. If my question already has answers, please point me to the right post.

I want to combine different Flat Rate shipping options. For Flat shipping options I am using copies of flat.* files with relevant changes in these locations:

admin/controller/shipping/flat.php
admin/view/template/shipping/flat.tpl
admin/language/english/shipping/flat.php
catalog/language/english/shipping/flat.php
catalog/model/shipping/flat.php

So now I have four different files in each location and customers can choose from four options for preferred shipping method to use on their orders.

The different options are displayed so:
Flat Rate
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 35-55 days - $8.00
Flat Rate
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 21-35 days - $9.00
Flat Rate
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 10-15 days - $11.00
Flat Rate
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 2-3 days - $15.00

I would like they to be displayed so:
Flat Rate
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 35-55 days - $8.00
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 21-35 days - $9.00
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 10-15 days - $11.00
o Flat Shipping Rate - delivery 2-3 days - $15.00

I am using Opencart 2.0.2.0 with no other modifications.
There is a picture below, that describes what I want to achieve.
Please help me to do this by telling me what should I do. Thanks!

If you want multiple shipping options under the same heading, use Weight Based Shipping. You can set up multiple rates for the same geo zone by following my tutorial here:

To change the heading of the shipping options, you'd want to edit the language file:

/catalog/language/YOURLANGUAGE/shipping/weight.php
