Shipping Estimator not working for international shipping calculations.

That probably means you didn't set up your shipping method for international geo zones. Double-check that your geo zones are created correctly in System > Localisation > Geo Zones, and then check out the Australia Post settings and make sure the rates in there are entered correctly.
