I just created a new store and i assigned the default theme to the new store. When i opened it i discovered that the "Top Menu" and the "information" and sub menu under "information" at the footer is not displaying. please how do i go about this?
What does the error logs provides since the addition of this new theme?

To rule out the obvious - have you assigned any top categories, information pages, etc to the 2nd store you added? If you haven't they won't show in any of those areas.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
