Information section in footer and links (information/information)

Hello all,

So I am trying to understand where in the database this information is stored. Somehow I have modified my store and the links in the bottom footer (About Us, Delivery Information) are now going to a page not found. When I look at the link for About Us it is "storename/ocart-3/about_us" and not storname/index.php?route=information/information ....

I installed a fresh version of OC3 and the links worked correctly. Then i uploaded my backup database and now they do not work anymore so I know it must be something in the database that got changed.
any help would be appreciated.

Any screenshots you could provide? Any URL you could provide to test this issue?

Sure. Here is the test cart and the About Us link under Information is where I am hovering over. You can see that the URL will be ocart-3/about_us which gives a 404 page not found.

thx

According to the URL at the bottom, you are using the SEO Links. Disable the SEO links and see if you can replicate the issue after clearing all caches.

Well thank you very much! That fixed my issue. I will need to research the SEO part to better understand. I am thinking this may have something to do with the fact that i have not deployed this yet and the mod rewrite is not in place.

And here is a screen capture for anyone looking at where this is in the control panel.

You can also look on the marketplace for more elaborated SEO extensions that have been developed by other publishers in compliance of OC v3.x releases.
