I am searching for a freelance contractor who knows how to build custom OpenCart catalog templates. Templates will already be designed and you will mostly be editing TPL files in the catalog > view folder. Templates need to use mostly a table-less layout and have cross-browser compatibility (IE 7, IE 8, Firefox, Safari).
