Cant Upload Module

I am running version 3.0.2.0.
Its being self hosted in IIS.
I tried installing the Opencart Custom T-shirt Design module but got
Warning: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini!
. After searching the forums and internet I added the

Code: Select all

post_max_size = 50m
to the php.ini. Made it mach the maximum upload and madesure the memory limit was set at 64m. I still get the same error. I restarted IIS. Im kinda running out of ideas, any help would be appreciated.
