2.3.0.2 VAT not being added

Hi,

We are having some trouble with the website we made in opencart 2.3.0.2
We want to show the product prices of our products both including and excluding VAT on the product pages and the shoppingcart/checkout page.
For some reason the VAT only gets added to the product price after logging in or after filling in the order form on the checkout page.
Could anyone assist us in getting the VAT added to our products as soon as customers visit our webshop?

We are using the default theme(Same one as shown in your link)

The extensions we are using:

-Ajax Quick Checkout by Dreamvention
-Shopunity by Dreamvention
- Mollie
- Advanced postcode shipping
- Advanced postcode COD few

Go to System/Localisation/Taxes/Tax Classes. Your Tax may be set to calculate tax based on shipping address. You can have tax set to calculate based on your store location instead.If choosing this method make sure in system/setting your store location is complete including Region/State.
