OpenCart v1.4.9.1 is available for download!

SEE THE INCLUDED "DELTA.TXT" FILE FOR LIST OF CHANGED FILES.

I'VE INCLUDED A "PATCH ONLY" VERSION AS WELL.
NO PERTINENT TEMPLATE FILES HAVE CHANGED.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RUN THE UPGRADE SCRIPT IF USING PATCH ONLY

ONLY USE PATCH IF UPGRADING FROM 1.4.9 FINAL!!!

Changes from 1.4.9 to 1.4.9.1:
FIXES:
- Frontend not viewable in Maintenance Mode, even when logged in as admin.
- Adding items to cart shows no products in cart
- Deleting Downloads from Admin does not remove file
- Paypal warning about Receiver Email doesn't match
- Cart sidebox checkout button is HTTP instead of HTTPS
- Paypal Standard not passing Handling and other order fees.
- Paypal Standard not setting state for Authorization mode.
- Transparent PNG Images not always working.
- Unchecking all user group options gives foreach error when logging in with a user in that group
- Product report grouped by product_id instead of model since that is a not a unique field
- Maintenance mode bypass for payment callback updates
- Product stock restore on order delete
- Restored the default --None-- option in the order status list (added in 1.4.8 and lost in 1.4.9)
- Improved default confirm message to be clear about the action
- Fixed Search page bookmark
- Added support for + in email addresses
- Fixed page total for filter by customer group on admin customer list
- Admin user and Customer email logins were case-sensitive
- Fixed account/invoice error when no order id is supplied
- Fixed HTTP to HTTPS in breadcrumb for account related pages
- Partial fix for & in storename and contact form

NOTES:
- No changes should be needed for most third party Extensions. Most extensions that worked for 1.4.8/1.4.8b/1.4.9 should work for 1.4.9.1 without change. However, mods that modify some of the core libraries might need to be merged/updated.
- I've included a new file in the root called "delta.txt". This file has a list of ALL the files that changed since the last versions.
- The Admin Order Edit has been completely redone for 1.4.9. Not changed for 1.4.9.1
- If using an RC version of 1.4.9, be sure to run the upgrade script when going to 1.4.9.1.

OMG, opencart is upgrading faster than windows bugs! ::)

That readme file for patch was funny. Upgrade from 1.4.9 to 1.4.9.1 was ok, with no problems right now. Thanks.

When you say "FIXED" are these bugs that are reported over several platforms by the community? Or are these all existing bugs and they will exist if you do not upgrade to 1.4.9.1 from 1.4.9?

they are bug that will not be fixed unless you upgrade. There is no backporting done you have to use the latest version to get the latest bug fixes.

I say "Fixed" meaning that this version FIXED these bugs. They already exist in previous versions

Thank you for all of the bug fixes. Awesome, guys.

Every fix makes this cart better and better.

I'd rather have a super-solid cart then a billion fancy features. More features in time...

You can move this to the apropriate topic, just thought it would be good to add to the system.

I have a question about this fix:
- Restored the default --None-- option in the order status list (added in 1.4.8 and lost in 1.4.9)
Prior to 1.4.9.1, if a customer cancelled their order, then when I went to view/edit their order and clicked on the order status tab, it would show cancelled in the order status drop down list.

Now with 1.4.9.1, if the same thing happens, it will show --None--

Is this the way it's supposed to work? I assumed that the order status was automatically being set to cancelled when my customers cancelled their orders. Kinda wondering why now it's showing as --None--

That was the exact reason for the fix. the order wasn't canceled. "Cancelled" just happened to be the first alphabetical order status item in the list so it showed by default. The order state was actually 0 (i.e. No state). There was no way to know which orders were really cancelled or just had no state from this screen. Now it is correct

Is there a file/page listing which files have changed from 1.4.8b to 1.4.9.1 or even from 1.4.8b to 1.4.9? Thanks!

In particular I am concerned about changes in language files so that I can update the language packs for the new version!

I read that you mentioned that delta.txt has a list of changed files. Just don't know FROM WHICH VERSION the changes have been recorded.

But didnt actually open and read delta.txt. I see that you have provided changed files from 1.4.8b and 1.4.9 both
Thanks! Great job!

Hi, thx for the patch, in the version 1.4.9.1 this problem still exist:

Fixed HTTP to HTTPS in breadcrumb for account related pages

i have http links in the breadcrumb that should be https.

for example:
http://STORENAME.LTD/index.php?route=account/login

Greetings GaXy
