[MOD] transparent pngs with catalogue images

PNGs uploaded say in PNG format (well all filetypes stay in same uploaded format when resized)
PNGs uploaded are resized with an alpha channel - jpeg resizing is unchanged
Logic bug fixed where all images are resized to jpeg regardless of file extension
Update: These changes have been included in 1.4.9.1+
