How to activate payment or paypal after new installation?

Hi there,
Again another trouble is here with me :)

I am wondering how to configure paypal payment option after new installation? I mean how to tell paypal that these payments comes to what account?

Unfortunately, I could not figure out. I was at

ADMIN-->EXTENIONS-->PAYMENT-->add/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE/SAVE/CANCEL

What to do and where to go?

You should see something like the picture attached. (Note the red circle in the far right bottom corner)
If you don't see any payment options on that page, then you have to apply this fix first
