Problem with install extensions and themes

Hello. I m new here. I need help. When I try to upload or install something themes, extension etc., always have same problem. Can not install anything... always something like this: warning invalid argument supplied for foreach...

Recent fixes have been applied to the installer. Replace the following files on your file server and see if that fixes the issue after clearing all caches:
