Realex Payment Method not displayed in check out

Hi all,

The realex remote payment method disappeared from an opencart 2.3.0.2 website.

And it is not displayed in the check out for another website - opencart version 3.

I contacted Realex support and was told that all was fine and that ther ewould probably be something in the extention.

Does someone have the same experience? How can I sort this out and make the Realex payments work?

No Opencart v3.x release provided.

In the admin - > extensions - > extensions - > payment modules (x) - > RealEx Payment page, ensure to have enabled the module and to define your zones. If not for all zones, ensure to have configure these zones in your admin - > system - > localisation - > geo zones page.
