remove city and post code

hello
I want to remove city and post code from all over the site, i am using Version 3.0.2.0 and jounal theme
by doing this i have a thought to make my state field to be treated as city on which i can charge shipment.
please help me in this regard

Since you're using a custom theme, it would be best to contact the developer of that theme in order to achieve what you need.

We don't support custom development on the Opencart forum other than on the extensions section where the publisher officially creates his topic. Ensure to clarify the publisher of the terms and conditions regarding requests that are not specifically based on the Opencart core files.
