How to embed Jot Form Code into OC 2.3 ?

Hi,
Has anyone any experience of using / integrating Jot Forms into OC V2.2 ? When I try to embed the form code into an OC page, it does not work, I've had to resort to pasting a link and opening an external window. Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated ?

I'm not familiar with jot form but you can use this extension to add the javascript to your site header or footer.
