Voice Commerce/Perpetual Payment Gateway

Hey,
I need a price for a Voice Commerce Payment Gateway. Now the OpenCart System already has Perpetual Payments, which is the same company however i keep gettin an Invalid Request Message.

So im thinking maybe they chnaged the way their system worked when they changed name?
