In attach you find the Italian translation of opencart v0.6.5.
I believe that there are some errors, but It's a good point of departure. When I find any errors, I update the Italian localization.
How to use it?
decompress admin_italian.zip into /admin/language/italian folder
decompress catalog_italian.zip into /catalog/language/italian folder
