Test new template

I am working on a new template format and was wondering I someone could check it with Browsers I don't have.
I have test with Firefox 2 and 3, IE 7, Netscape 6 and seems to work fine in all resolutions from 1024x768 and higher.

This has fixed header and footer. I would just like to know it is compatible before I continue.
It is strictly and HTML page all done is CSS.
