Express Shipping

I currently use a the weight based shipping method and it works great. However i would like to add an additional express shipping which is also weight based but a a significantly higher rate. How would i go about doing this. I need them both to be based off of the weight if possible.

I am running version 1.4.7.

create another geozone.. the same way but call it "Express".
use the same country/zones
increase the fee for the same weight ranges

That was a lot easier than i though it would be.
