Module install issue

Hi,
I have OC 1.5.6.4 and if I click "install" on module it redirect me again to module list page and the module wasn't installed.
Help me....

Check the error log first. If there is nothing there relevant to the situation, I can help you if you let me peek into the code.

No in the file error there is nothing.
I can not make you peek into the code but I can tell you that strangely every time I install a module the system adds a new record in the table "_extension"

Likely some mod you installed is messing with it

Meaning you installed some VQMod script that is messing with the files responsible for installing modules, or you accidentaly replaced some file(s).
