Multistore module....Module?

Is there a way of telling each module which store they should apply themselves to?

for example I'm using a simple module for the user to add text/ html etc to the right hand column, but this is showing up on both stores. Only want it on one.

By editing home.tpl i have deleted <?php echo $column_right; ?> which is calling up the content put into that content. so it looks fine now, but I would still like the option of using modules in this column.

This feature isn't enabled yet.

Probably the best solution is to add another column to the modules table and then put an IF statement in your home.tpl
