cache / storage in 3020

Hi, Im trying to delete some rows in 3020 for example in footer.twig i wass delete

<li><a href="{{ wishlist }}">{{ text_wishlist }}</a></li>
but I see wishlist is still there on frontpage even after refresh modificaton button. Please tell me is there some new cache system in 3020 or I am drunk.
I didnt made any modificaton jet on opencart installation jet

Yes it is cached.

Goto dashboard, click on gear icon, top right, under logout button.

Thank You grgr, this works now,
but I have another problem with this cache, After update my ocmod extenzion for 3020 verzion, extenzion work but only if Theme cache is OFF.
where can be problem ?
