Hi all,

I've set up a second store to showcase a different set of products to my main store fridgeland.co.uk. The new store is caterland.co.uk. Caterland appears and has the correct products (eg caterland.co.uk/test) but all links on homepage point to fridgeland.co.uk not to caterland.co.uk. I've had a look at .htaccess but nothing there looks wrong (the www.fridgeland.co.uk domain is rewritten to fridgeland.co.uk but that seems ok). The caterland domain is pointed at the root of the installation in the hosting panel (plesk).

My OC version is 2.2.0.0. Store URL in admin panel is http://www.caterland.co.uk/

Opencart is not capable by default of handling different store domains for the same installation.

Did you put a trail slash behind your domain when setting up the second store?
You should fill in the domain name like this:
http://www.domain.com/

If you forget the trail slash then all will be linked to the default domain.

many thanks for replying, sorry I've been a while getting back, been on holiday. OK, the trailing slash: yes, I've included that. I tried http://www.caterland.co.uk/ and also http://caterland.co.uk/ (as the main domain is http://caterland.co.uk/). Both give the same result which can be seen at caterland.co.uk. Any ideas?

Create a subdomain
To create a subdomain, perform the following steps:
1.Enter the desired prefix in the Subdomain text box.
2.Select the desired main domain from the menu.
3.Enter the home directory ( that should be your oc root ) for the subdomain in the Document Root text box.
