Attribute groups in cart page

Hello,
I need to add product attribute groups into checkout cart page.
I didn't find any solution so far, any help will be much appreciated.
OC version 2.2.0.0

What exactly do you need to do please. DO you want to show the attribute group name ?

Yes I want to show the attribute group name in a column of the cart product table.
