I add new store but not work and in the url of store show this error:
The page you requested cannot be found!
You really need to give more details about how you did it. It does work. I added a second store to my test v3 install a week or 2 ago.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
