I recentrly updated from 2.1.0.2 (didnt have any errors) to 2.3.0.2 and after update in the front view every link is "The page you requested cannot be found" though You can see opencart logo and menu with categories name, but as I said, when You click on the category You get message "The page you requested cannot be found" . Every single post in forum I found has the same problem when they use SEO links, but I do not use them and I also dont need them.
I did all that is necessary (set permissions, re-saved store settings and so on...) but no luck. Also if I try to manually create new order ig got message (on 2.1.0.2 I had message "error undefined"- that's why I updated OpenCart):

This is basically 404 page in popup alert.
Also if that matters I am using SSL and I don't have any custom theme.

Do you have a .htaccess file in place at the root of the domain?
If so, try temporarily disabling it by changing its name to .htaccess_temp and see what kind of results you get. For any serious troubleshooting on this, more info would be needed.
If you don't have the .htaccess file in place, provide the steps here that you went through to do the upgrade. That will be a start.
