Hi Guys,

So on my checkout i have

1st class standard
1st class recorded
Special Delivery

I would like to have it so that if the order value is more than £40 the only option available is Secial Delivery, Just because royal mail will only insure 1st class up to £39 and people are ordering £100 items and choosing 1st class, if items goes missing the insurance is not there.

Thanks in advance guys.

just delete any pricing over £39 in the shipping table in
1st class standard
1st class recorded
and leave special delivery as it is, then there will not be a shipping option for standard or recorded over £39
regards

I'm pretty sure the compensation on 1st class is £46 now (100x the price of a first class stamp, which I think is 46p). You can recover some of the cost of the postage charge too.
