Hello,

I have one product that has 7 different options associated with it.
I cannot get all 7 options to show up in the drop down menu for this product
All 7 options are listed in the options area and I have them numbered from 1 to 7 however only 5 of the 7 are showing in the dropdown.
The options sort alphabetical not by ranking number.
My question is, how to expand the drop down to show 7 or more or sort by ranking number not alphabetical?
Example; color, color 1, color 2, color 3, color 4, color 5, color 6, color 7 or more options.
I've been all over this site and can't find any information on how to fix this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bobg

Have a Great Day. ::)

Hii

Just Login To admin panel and go to catalog->option

Not Edit the color option and give the sort order 1

then edit the color 2 option and give the sort order 2 and so on as you want

so after that on the product page you will get the result

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I have already done that. The options sort alphabetical not by number on my theme, so there are five other colors that show before the ones I want. Where and how can I set the number of selections to show in the drop down? There is only six showing now. I want to change that to 12.
