Edit or remove checkout step 2 and 3

Hello, someone can tell me if i can edit or remove on Checkout Step 2: Billing Details and Step 3: Delivery Details for 2.3.0.2 version.

Hii

If you not enable any one shipping method than it will automatically not display the step 2 and 3 on the checkout page
