I wondering why this occur
It starts a failed upgrade to newer version, I won't show images (1.5.6.1 to 3.0.1)
Then i downgrade installation, problem still occurs

Ensure to follow the install.txt file's instructions from the downloaded ZIP file either from opencart.com or from the master files on Github Opencart to set proper folder permission settings.
